Upon deployment, Connaught test for and analyse the underlying root causes, and prepare a high level Report on causes and initial solutions. These Reports are discussed in detail with our Clients, and once agreed are developed into Action Plans to stabilise the Project.
Once Action Plans are finalised, other stakeholders are progressively involved as appropriate, with briefing sessions to explain to all the steps involved in the Turnaround.
